Edamame has great nutritional value, so how do we usually make edamame food?
I recommend several methods, see which one you like?

1.Boiling

Steps:
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Add frozen edamame (no need to thaw).
Cook for 3–5 minutes until tender but firm.
Drain and toss with salt, soy sauce, or your preferred seasoning.

3. Microwaving

Steps:

Place edamame in a microwave-safe dish with 1–2 tbsp water.

Cover with a lid or vented plastic wrap.

Microwave on high for 2–3 minutes, stirring halfway.

Drain and season (e.g., garlic powder, chili flakes).

4. Sautéing/Stir-Frying

Steps:

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add frozen edamame and sauté for 5–7 minutes, stirring often.

Add minced garlic, ginger, or soy sauce for flavor.

Cook until heated through and slightly golden.

5. Roasting (for a crispy snack)

Steps:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Toss frozen edamame with olive oil, salt, and spices (paprika, cumin, etc.).

Spread on a baking sheet; roast for 15–20 minutes, shaking the pan once.

Let cool slightly before serving.
