Generally, 5 points should be grasped:
1) Find out the basic situation of the raw material base, estimate the raw material utilization rate and raw material cost, and draw up a harvest plan.
2) Organize the necessary technical training to familiarize the management personnel of the raw material base with the basic requirements, so that everyone can be checked.
3) Be responsible for the transportation of raw materials, be prompt and timely, and beware of mechanical injuries and pollution on the way.
4) If the raw materials cannot be processed in time, they must be laid flat in a cool and ventilated place. The processing time of leafy vegetables and beans should not exceed 12 hours to ensure the freshness of the raw materials.
5) Pesticides should be used correctly during vegetable growth, and pesticide residues should not exceed the regulations of the importing country. Raw materials with diseases, insect pests, mildew, severe deformities and rust spots shall not be used.
