Can you eat raw egg roll wrappers?

If you buy pre-made egg roll wrappers, I generally recommend that you cook them before eating.
But if the egg rolls are already cooked, they can actually be eaten raw.
Several ways to cook egg rolls are recommended:
1. Deep-fried egg rolls
After heating the oil, put the egg rolls in and fry them.
2. Steamer egg rolls
Put them in a pot, pour water, cover the egg rolls with plastic wrap, put them in a plate, and steam them before eating.
3. Air fryer
Turn on the air fryer and cook at 200°C for 2-4 minutes before eating
