Process of manufacture:
(1) The products are clearly washed before frozen and metal detected before packed.
(2) They are inspected manually to remove FM and stalks, leaves and mouldy frozen red kidney beans.
(3) The items are individually quick frozen, later the core temperate of each Frozen green beans reaches minus 18DC.
(4) The cargos are packed in food grade polylined cartons then stored at minus 18DC.or less till dispatch to end users.

Mainly strong board of cartons with polyethylene(PE) inside bearing net weight 10kg of IQF products.
Or other packing method according to customer's requests.
IQF products should be transported in special refrigerators with thermal registration equipment.
Temperature of supply and storage should be –18℃ or lower.
Shelf life not less than 2 years from production date. Freezing after defrosting is forbidden.
