III. Processing Method
3.1 Frozen Edamame (in Pod)
Fresh Edamame Pods → Sorting & Conditioning → Washing → Blanching → Cooling → IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) → Packaging.
3.2 Frozen Edamame Kernels
●Process A (From Fresh Pods): Fresh Edamame Pods → Shelling → Washing → Blanching → Cooling → IQF → Packaging.
●Process B (Reprocessed from Frozen Pods): Frozen Edamame Pods → Conditioning → Thawing → Shelling → Blanching → Cooling → IQF → Packaging.
IV. Packaging Requirements
●Inner Packaging: Food-grade composite bags.
●Outer Packaging: Corrugated cardboard cartons.
●Specifications: 0.5kg, 1kg, 25kg, or customized as per client requirements.
