Cauliflower edible part is the flower of the vegetable; raw materials requirements are white, large flowers, no pests, and no diseases. In the initial processing, the outer leaves and petioles are cut off and then divided into appropriately sized chunks. Wash 2 ~ 3 times, blanch in hot water at 100℃ for 1 ~ 2min.
