FROZEN Chopped Cabbage

Cabbage contains a small amount of functional oligosaccharide raffinose. Experiments have shown that raffinose is not digested by the human gastrointestinal tract, but can be directly decomposed and used by the large intestine for bifidobacteria, so as to multiply bifidobacteria and relax bowel. Inhibit the production of toxins, which in turn can reduce the production of cancer.
