Canned Food
Nov 12, 2018
Food cans are filled with tinned sheet metal cans, glass jars or other packaging containers, sealed and sterilized, so that the food inside the can is isolated from the outside world and no longer contaminated by microorganisms. Most microorganisms (that is, spoilage bacteria and pathogenic bacteria that can grow in the tank environment) die and inactivate the enzyme, thereby eliminating the main cause of food loss, and obtaining a preservation method for long-term storage at room temperature. Such a food which is sealed in a container and sterilized and can be stored for a long time at room temperature is called a canned food, that is, a canned food, which is also simply referred to as a can.
